Our filet mignon is cooked and sliced to perfection. To prevent over-cooking, this item is sold at room temperature. Try it with our herb butter or au poivre sauce. If you would like your filet mignon unsliced,or if you would like to pick up warm, please add a note in the order and someone from our catering department will contact you.
