Aug 11, 2025 Recipes Teriyaki Kebabs This recipe works great for pork, beef or chicken! 3 Ibs boneless pork loin, sirloin steak or boneless chicken breast cut into 1.5″ cubes 1/4 cup honey 1/2 cup warm water 1/2 cup soy sauce 2 T minced garlic (about 6 cloves) 1 t onion powder 1 t fresh grated ginger or 1/2 tsp ginger powder 1 t black pepper Whisk ingredients together. Marinade pork in refrigerator for several hours (or overnight). Prepare kebabs using pre-soaked bamboo skewers or metal skewers. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side for pork or beef until the kebab is heated through and light pink in the center. For chicken, grill slightly longer.
